We are seeking an analytical and technically proficient Systems Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. The ideal candidate will evaluate, design, and optimize our information systems to improve operational efficiency and support strategic objectives. You'll serve as the critical liaison between stakeholders and technical teams, translating business requirements into functional specifications while ensuring system reliability and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Systems Analysis & Design:

• Conduct comprehensive system evaluations and gap analyses

• Document current and future state business processes

• Create detailed system requirements and functional specifications

• Design workflow diagrams and data flow models

• Recommend system improvements and optimization strategies

Technical Implementation:

• Collaborate with developers on solution architecture

• Configure and customize enterprise software systems

• Develop test plans and oversee user acceptance testing

• Create system documentation and user manuals

• Troubleshoot system issues and implement fixes

Stakeholder Management:

• Elicit requirements from business users and executives

• Present technical solutions to non-technical audiences

• Train end-users on new systems and features

• Manage vendor relationships for third-party systems

• Prioritize enhancement requests and change management

Qualifications:

Education:

• Proven ability to translate technical concepts
