We are seeking a visionary Product Owner to drive the development of cutting-edge software products in our IT organization. As the bridge between business stakeholders and agile development teams, you will define product strategy, prioritize features, and ensure deliverables align with market needs and technical feasibility. The ideal candidate combines technical acumen with business strategy to deliver high-value digital solutions. Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Roadmapping

• Define product vision and roadmap aligned with business objectives
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities
• Collaborate with C-level executives to align product goals with company strategy
• Prioritize features using WSJF (Weighted Shortest Job First) or RICE scoring

Agile Product Management

• Own and refine the product backlog (Epics, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria)
• Lead Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Backlog Grooming sessions
• Work closely with Scrum Masters and Dev Teams (5-9 members)
• Validate deliverables against Definition of Done (DoD) and KPIs

Technical Collaboration

• Partner with Architects and Engineers on solution design
• Understand technical constraints (APIs, cloud infrastructure, scalability)
• Guide UX/UI decisions based on user research and analytics
• Oversee A/B testing and feature flagging strategies

Qualifications & Experience
Education & Certifications

• Required:
  • Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Business IT, or related field
  • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or SAFe PO/PM

Experience

• 5+ years in IT product management (software/SaaS products)
• 3+ successful product launches (from ideation to market)
• Hands-on experience with Agile tools (Jira, Rally, Aha!)
• Background in software development, QA, or business analysis
