We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead complex technology initiatives from conception through delivery. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with exceptional leadership skills to drive successful implementation of enterprise IT solutions. You'll oversee cross-functional teams, manage budgets and timelines, and ensure alignment between technical deliverables and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Leadership:

• Manage full project lifecycle for multiple concurrent IT initiatives 

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, and resource allocation

• Lead Agile/Scrum or Waterfall methodologies as project requires

• Mitigate risks and resolve issues impacting project deliverables

• Report project status to executive stakeholders with technical and financial clarity

Technical Oversight:

• Coordinate between business units and technical teams (developers, engineers, analysts)

• Evaluate technical solutions and make build-vs-buy recommendations

• Ensure architecture alignment with enterprise standards

• Oversee system integration and data migration activities

• Manage vendor relationships for third-party solutions

Delivery Management:

• Track project metrics (velocity, burn rate, quality indicators)

• Conduct sprint planning and milestone reviews

• Manage change control processes
  
  Qualifications:

• Education: Degree or related qualification
• Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in Project Management
• Certifications (Optional): Relevant certifications such as:
  • PMP (Project Management Professional)
  • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
  • PRINCE2 Practitioner
