We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our product team. The ideal candidate will craft intuitive, visually stunning digital experiences that delight users while driving business goals. You'll own the end-to-end design process - from research and wireframing to prototyping and final implementation - ensuring our products deliver exceptional user experiences across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

User-Centered Design:

• Conduct user research (surveys, interviews, usability testing)

• Develop user personas, journey maps, and information architecture

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups

• Implement responsive design principles across web and mobile

• Maintain and evolve our design system and component library

Visual Design:

• Design pixel-perfect interfaces with strong visual hierarchy

• Create icons, illustrations, and micro-interactions

• Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints

• Collaborate with developers for accurate design implementation

• Produce design specifications and assets for development teams

UX Strategy:

• Analyze user behavior through analytics and heatmaps

• Conduct competitive analysis and industry benchmarking

• Present design concepts to stakeholders with data-driven rationale

• Iterate designs based on user feedback and testing results

• Advocate for accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 compliance)

Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field

• Portfolio demonstrating strong UI/UX work (required)

Experience:

• 5+ years professional UI/UX design experience

• 3+ shipped products in production environments

• Experience working with cross-functional teams

• Proven track record improving key UX metrics

• NN/g UX Certification

• Google UX Design Professional Certificate
